In need of some Easter basket fillers for toddlers? Anything small enough for the basket could be a great stuffer idea. Many go for candy and chocolate, but what about gifts they can use for longer? And that won’t give them a total sugar rush?
After creating Easter baskets for the last six years, I have learned what toddlers like to have in their baskets. I can’t wait to make one for my one year old niece, who would fit right in with most of these easter basket fillers for toddlers.
Who am I kidding…my 3 year old would like many of these fillers too!

Bonus Tip: Don’t forget the fake grass. It can be a stringy mess, I know. However, when it comes time to hunt Easter eggs, the grass will help cushion the real boiled eggs to keep them from breaking.
I try not to go too overboard with my boys’ baskets at Easter. I do want them to have a few goodies from the Easter Bunny, but it should by no means look like Santa visited again! I buy them fewer things than I normally would for their stockings.
These toys and treats may be small, but they can take up lots of space in the toy box if you aren’t careful!
