We have been using eMeals since I met with their rep at the Type-A blogging conference last September. We are a simple family when it comes to cooking, and the quicker and easier, the better. eMeals has really helped us come up with new ideas for dinners without having to put in lots of time to research online.
While we do not follow their Low-Fat meal plan to a “T”, we do use three or four of their meals each week to create our own meal plan. I choose the meals that look the easiest, have the fewest ingredients (or ones that we already have at home), and seem like something Sawyer would try. From this method, we rarely have trouble creating our weekly plans for dinner and food shopping has been much easier.
New eMeals Meal Plans
eMeals has come out with two new meal plans recently. First, there’s the Low Calorie Family Plan. This is perfect for those actively watching what they eat. If you use a mobile app (I love MyFitnessPal) to track calories, this plan can help you meet your goals.
The second new plan is the Costco Classic Family Plan. This option features 7 traditional meals each week that shoppers of Costco would have no trouble finding ingredients for – there’s no additional store to stop by on the way home! Delivery for the recipes and lists on the Costco plan is every two weeks.
